Catering

I would love to help you create your ideal function, whether it is to host a quaint dinner party or a large celebration.

My catering menu features American cuisine with highlights from my cooking class menu including local artisanal cheese and charcuterie as well as farmer’s market inspired quenchers and nibbles. I will provide serving platters and utensils, punch bowls and glasses, flatware, silverware, linens and napkins. I will prepare, setup and clean up all food for your event.

Quenchers and Nibbles

Price per hour up to 3 hours (if you would like a longer event, let me know!)
6-50 ppl
$16 per person for 4 passed hors d’oeuvres and 2 punch bowls
$20 per person for 5 passed hors d’oeuvres and 3 punch bowls
$25 per person for 6 passed hors d’oeuvres and 4 punch bowls

Hors d’oeuvres

COLD

  • Mini dungeness crab cakes, avocado mousse and citrus
  • Chevre foam in parmesan cups
  • Foie gras terrine, brioche , strawberry compote and toasted pistachios
  • Market fish ceviche, red onion, jalapeno, lime, togarashi popcorn
  • Heirloom tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil “bruschetta”
  • Country pork pate, fig mustard, pumpernickel crouton
  • Ahi Tuna Tartar on coriander seasoned wonton crisps with pickled ginger

HOT

  • Kobe style beef sliders, truffle aioli, house made sesame seed bun
  • Three cheese arancini, chipotle aioli
  • Lobster corndog, cornmeal, whole grain mustard cream
  • Hand cut french fries, piquillo pepper chive aioli
  • Truffle mushroom quiche, parmesan, chives
  • Korean bbq shortrib skewers, caramelized onion emulsion, scallions
  • Gourges stuffed with white truffle goat cheese
  • Tempura shrimp with spicy yuzu mayo
  • Sunchoke soup, black trumpet mushrooms, guanciale
  • Tuna tataki, grilled peppered pineapple, scallion puree

DESSERT

BITES – choice of 2, $5 per person per hour

PLATTERS – $45 each, serves 10-12 people
